Actually there is no 'us', it's just 'me'!

I've been writing code for a living since I went to work for IBM in 1966. I wrote assembler, SPS and Autocoder. I ran sorters, gang-punchers and reproducing machines. I cut my teeth on 1401's, 360/20, 360/30 and 370's. I've built 8085 and Z80 computers. Along the way I wrote a for a half-dozen different assemblers, machine code for a few microprocessors, Fortran, Cobol, Pl/1 and RPG.

I wrote Pascal for several years, lots of Paradox and multiple dialects of Basic.

These past few years I've been doing a lot of Access work for clients. I manage a few hundred websites so I'm doing HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, a smattering of Perl, MySQL and PHP. I guess you do what ever gets the job done.

I belong to BPMUG (a local computer club), hold an Amateur radio license (KA1ZOI) and am a student pilot. I teach an Intermediate/Advanced Access class at the local high-school for the Continuing Education Department.

I've been in business for myself since 1993 and having a great time at it!
